"Very disappointed in State Farm had been with them for forty years and never had a problem with them till I came to Florida. Kept taking money out of my account after I cancelled a policy with and was promised a refund and Haven’t seen it really messed up my finances. Plus their car insurance is way to high. They didn’t have a problem taking it out and because someone didn’t do there job I suffered from it and thanks State Farm not not returning calls."

"Very knowledgeable, helpful staff. I have always used State Farm, from vehicles to now, home insurance. I have had one claim on a camper which was hit by a tornado and State Farm took care of the claim. I did not have to fight to get the claim taken care of and it did not hurt any of my other plans. I truly appreciate this office in specific. When I call or my husband, they treat us very well. Will continue to use."

"I was very satisfied with the quick response when I filed a claim for my 90 year old mother recently. However, after the claim was paid out State Farm chose not renew my mother. She's been with State Farm for over 24 years & filed only 4 claims. One claim was an act of god. One claim wasn't paid out. The other 2 claims totaled $11978.16. She now has till 1/2/18 to get other home owners insurance. Needless to say I was very surprised to find out about not being able to renew. It wasn't like she abused the system or anything. Do all insurance companies work like this or just State Farm??!! Be careful"
